Undergraduate overview
The undergraduate programs in the Faculty of Education consist of the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education, the Bachelor of Primary Education, the Bachelor of Physical and Health Education, the Bachelor of Maths Education and the Bachelor of Science Education. The Maths and Sciences degrees are taught at our Loftus campus.
These degrees all run for four years. When you have completed your course of study, you can leave the university and take up employment in a school. If you gain a job with the Department of Education (DET) full-time you will begin on “four” year wages, which is the third step on the pay scale.
Whichever of the degrees in Education that you choose to study, I hope you enjoy your time with us.
